FOR PPC, WEB & ECOMMERCE AGENCIES

Your client has a tracking problem.
You don't need to solve it alone.

Missing conversions, GTM errors, or a consent platform interfering with analytics? PlainPrivacy provides project-based technical support for agencies working with Google Ads, GA4, GTM and consent management.

Keep ownership of the client relationship. Bring us in for a defined problem, with agreed responsibilities and a documented handoff.

One client issue or defined project at a time. No mandatory retainer.

WHEN A CLIENT ISSUE GETS TECHNICAL

Where we can help your team.

Bring in an additional set of technical eyes for a problem your agency is already trying to solve.

01

Google Ads conversions are missing

Diagnose lead or conversion events that fail to register, fire incorrectly or no longer match the tested customer journey.

02

GA4 or GTM behaves unexpectedly

Investigate event triggers, tag sequencing, dataLayer events and duplicate implementations following a site change.

03

The CMP and tags conflict

Trace Consent Mode defaults and updates, CMP integration, tag consent settings and unexpected blocking behavior.

04

A launch needs independent verification

Check agreed tracking and consent scenarios before launch or after a migration, implementation or repair.

05

WordPress or Shopify integrations changed

Investigate relevant plugin, script and platform behavior when tracking no longer works as intended.

06

Regional consent behavior differs

Compare selected scenarios in available test locations, documenting observable signals and network requests.

FLEXIBLE COLLABORATION

Your client relationship stays yours.

Different agencies need different levels of involvement. We can agree on the arrangement before receiving client access or confidential materials.

Behind the scenes

We work through your team and provide findings or technical deliverables for you to present. White-label and confidentiality terms can be agreed in advance.

Alongside your team

We coordinate with the people managing the website, analytics or campaigns to investigate and fix a clearly defined issue.

Client-facing, if agreed

Where useful, we can participate in technical discussions or handoffs with your client while roles and communication remain agreed.

FROM ISSUE TO HANDOFF

One defined scope. No unnecessary complexity.

We start with the problem and evidence rather than a blanket audit or an open-ended commitment.

1

Describe

Send a brief explanation, the tools involved and the behavior that needs investigating.

2

Scope

Confirm technical fit, intended deliverables, access, pricing and responsibilities before work begins.

3

Investigate & fix

Reproduce the issue and implement an agreed change where technically feasible.

4

Verify & hand off

Document observed results, what was changed and any unresolved limitations.

AGENCY QUESTIONS

Before we work together.

Can you work under our agency's name?

We can discuss behind-the-scenes or white-label subcontracting. Confidentiality, client communication, deliverables and any required agreement are confirmed before work starts.

Do we need a monthly retainer?

No. You can begin with a single scoped client issue. Ongoing support is optional and can be discussed only if there is a recurring need.

What do we receive when the work is finished?

Depending on scope: diagnostic findings, the agreed technical changes, verification evidence, and a handoff explaining remaining limitations or next steps. We do not promise a specific tracking or advertising outcome.

Can we send you client login credentials in the form?

No. Please do not include passwords, API tokens or personal data in the initial request. Access requirements and an appropriate secure sharing method can be agreed separately if the project proceeds.

Do you provide legal compliance advice?

No. We investigate and verify observable technical implementation behavior. Legal interpretation and compliance certification are outside our scope.

DISCUSS A CLIENT ISSUE

Let's see if the project is a fit.

Tell us what isn't working and what sort of collaboration would suit your agency. We can discuss a single issue first; no retainer is required.

What happens next?

We'll review the request and suggest a practical next step or a defined technical scope. No access or implementation is assumed until agreed.
