COMMON SYMPTOMS
We follow the evidence in the website and the relevant tools rather than assuming the problem has a single cause.
Accept, reject and preference selections fail to produce the intended consent signals.
CMP, GTM or Google tags initialize in an unexpected sequence.
Tags or events stop after a consent banner or plugin change.
Review pre-consent requests, storage and tag firing against the intended configuration.
Preference reopening and state changes are missing or do not work as intended.
Different location or consent paths behave differently in controlled tests.
BEYOND BANNER CONFIGURATION
When a CMP, GTM and analytics stack disagree, the visible banner is only one part of the investigation.
We trace the visitor's choice, available CMP state, Google Consent Mode defaults and updates, relevant tag execution and browser network requests under agreed scenarios. We also verify whether settings can be reopened and preferences actually change when manual testing is included.
This work distinguishes signals observed in the browser from downstream vendor processing we cannot independently inspect.
Germany and the United States may receive different banners, defaults, tag behavior or configuration rules. Where suitable regional testing environments are available, we compare recorded results across agreed locations and document any mismatch with the intended setup.
Regional behavior can vary even within a country or state. Availability, scope and price are confirmed before testing.
Deliverables describe the environments tested, what was verified and what still requires manual or legal review.
